Before you proceed to trade your gift cards on Redem app, kindly note that;
Redem does not trade gift cards on social media; you can only trade on our mobile app.
The minimum transaction amount depends on the kind of gift card you’re trading, some goes for as low as $10 while some for $500 and there’s no maximum amount you can trade.
Trading duration also depends on the card you are trading. Time could vary between minutes
To hours. For example, Google play takes about 2-5 minutes to complete a transaction, while American Express takes between 1-3 hours.

The Redem app is available for download on both the IOS App store and Google play store. Once your download and app registration are complete, you can follow these simple steps to trade your gift cards:
· Step 1: Login to your account with your secret pin which you have created yourself or finger print.
· Step 2: After logging in successfully to your dashboard, navigate to the gift card section.
· Step 3: Select the gift card you want to trade and fill in the trade details such as country, type of gift card (either physical or E code), gift card receipt type(this is available for Amazon card only) & denomination ( face value).
· Step 4: Enter the amount you wish to trade.
· Step 5: Thoroughly go through and accept Redem’s trade terms & condition.
· Step 6: Upload the gift card image (for physical card) or you simply input the Ecode.
· Step 7: click on the ‘Begin my trade’ button to start trading; upon this you will see a message on your dashboard stating your trade needs to be validated, this will barely take 5 seconds to do.
· Step 8: Sit, relax and watch Redem credit your account upon a successful verification in less than 2(two) mins.
