“Why is my Bitcoin unconfirmed?” “Bitcoin got deposited into my Redem wallet, but I can't see it.” We understand your concerns, and we understand your frustration. That is why we are here to tell you not to panic. There is a way to track your Bitcoin deposit so you can see its status.

Use this link to track your Bitcoin transfer/deposits. (https://blockchair.com) OR

( www.blockchain.com/explorer ) If the transaction was sent successfully it will show on the blockchain.

HOW TO USE THE BTC TRACKING LINK

That’s simple, Boss.

STEP 1: Copy your Redem Bitcoin wallet address

STEP 2: Go to/open the link above, input your already copied Redem wallet address into the search bar, and click on search. There, you will see your recent deposit alongside your previous ones and their status.

WHAT IS BTC DEPOSIT LIMIT?

Due to the ongoing congestion on the blockchain, the BTC transfer limit is 0.0001. This implies that a deposit below 0.0001 will get lost on the blockchain and will not reflect on your Redem wallet. Please note this has nothing to do with the app as we do not control the blockchain.

Please note that we advise contacting your sender and asking for the Transaction Hash if your transfer or deposit is not showing on the blockchain. Also, do not hesitate to reach out to our support team via Intercom, email (support@getredem.io), or social media if you have any enquiries, feedback, or complaints.
