Managers and Program Admins have access to the Reports section.
You can find the reports that are available for download by going to the Menu in the top right corner and then selecting Reports.
You will then be brought to a page that will look like the below;
Navigate to each tab to find the relevant report: "My Team", "Recognitions", Allocated Points"..
Ensure to tick the box 'report on the entire program'. If not selected, the report will only include employees you manage.
When you 'Export' the report, the file will be sent to your email address.
