This report will give you the data from the instances of Recognition that have been sent and received in your program.

It will include all the information on the sender, receiver and the award that used for the recognition instance.

How to Download the Report

You will find the Recognition Report in the Report section of the program. If you need help finding this section, click here.

Firstly select "Show Filters"

From here you will be given the option to exclude columns, select a date range and tick report on the entire program.

When all done select "EXPORT", this will then generate an email to yourself once the report is ready. The time it takes for the report to be emailed will depend on the size of the file. Once received it will look like the below;

Insights

The Recognition Report contains the most information for the reports that are downloadable from your Redii program. There are endless possibilities for reporting, however, I have mentioned some options below.

The Sum of Point Value will show you the total amount of points sent or received per user.

This Table will show you who has sent or received recognition to who as well as the total point amount sent and received per user.
