How to use the Bulk Point Allocation feature in the Admin Hub

Here is where you have 5 different options of update multiple users point amounts at a click of a button. 

The options you have are below; 

  • Give all active users XX peer to peer (capped) points now - This gives all employees a chosen amount of peer to peer points to send out in recognition on top of what they already have. It is best used to top up employee allocation points to give out monthly or quarterly. This is simply an additional points allocation to an employee's total peer-to-peer points.

  • Give all managers XX manager (capped) points now - This gives all Managers a chosen amount of Manager points to send out in recognition on top of what they already have.  It is best used to top up Manager allocation points to give out monthly or quarterly. This is simply an additional points allocation to a manager's total manager points bucket.

  • Give all users XX points in their received account now - This gives all employees a chosen amount of received points which they can then spend in the store. It is best used for company wide recognition. This is simply an additional points allocation to an employee's total points received.

  • Ensure all peer to peer (capped) accounts equal XX points - This makes sure that all employees have a certain amount of peer points to send out in recognition. It is best used at the start of a new fiscal/financial year to refresh employee allocation points, so everyone has the same amount. Please note that this will override any current peer-to-peer points balance.

  • Ensure all managers have XX (capped) points per direct report in their manager account. - This gives all Managers a chosen number of points per direct report to send out in recognition. For example, if a manager has four directly reporting employees in the Redii program and you allocate 100 points, they will receive 400 points in their Manager Allocation Account. It is best used when Manager points are budgeted per reporting employee. Please note that by selecting this option you will override the manager's point total to the number of direct reports x number of points allocated.
