How to create a shortcut to your home page to access your recognition program quickly

You can do this by creating a shortcut to your home screen on any Smartphone. How to do this will depend on what browser you are using. This article will include chrome, safari and firefox. 

Firstly you will need to go to your program URL which will be different depending on your program. Login and don't forget to click "remember me" to keep you logged in. For more information about logging on click here.

Safari - (Iphone Only) 

  1. Click on the Middle Icon at the bottom of the Safari App

  2. Scroll and select " Add to Home Screen" 

  3. Change the name to whatever you like

  4.  Click Add in the Top right corner 

Chrome 

  1. Click on the 3 dot icon in the Top right hand corner of the Chrome App

  2. Select " Add to Home Screen" 

  3. Change the name to whatever you like

  4.  Click "Add" underneath your chosen name

Firefox 

  1. Click on the 3 dot icon in the Top right hand corner of the Chrome App

  2. Select "Page >" 

  3. Then Select "Add Page Shortcut"

  4.  It will automatically create a Shortcut on your home page

Please note if your company uses Single Sign on it may not allow you to utilise the program on your mobile. Reach out to our support team at support@redii.com if you are having issues accessing the site on mobile.
