How to edit an individual user

You can make amendments to an individual user within the program as you require. To do this, go to:

  1. ACCOUNT > ADMIN HUB

  2. Go to the USERS tab and search for the user you would like to edit using the FILTER section on the right-hand side.

  3. Once you have found the user, click on EDIT.

  4. Here you can edit the user Profile and Company details, the Avatar and general Settings. 

  5. In the PROFILE tab, you can change an employee's name, email address and date of birth.

  6. In the COMPANY tab, you can amend the employee's title, department and work anniversary. Additionally, you may add any extra details relevant to your organisation in the 'custom field' section.

  7. In the AVATAR section, you may change the user's profile picture.

  8. Under the SETTINGS tab, you can change the user to either a program admin, employee or manager. Additionally, you can add or amend their reporting manager, as well as change the user status.

  9. Once you have made the required changes, click UPDATE AND CONTINUE.

Once you have clicked EDIT the below screen will appear:

You can then move across each tab (Profile, Company, Avatar and Settings), to make the required changes. Click UPDATE AND CONTINUE to save your changes.
