The Manager Dashboard feature allows managers to gain access to important information about their team’s performance and level of engagement both with the program as well as within the wider workplace. You can find the Manager Dashboard by clicking 'Manager Dashboard' in the tab menu below:
Managers have full transparency of the values that are most evident within your team, who the top senders and receivers of recognition are, as well as how these indicators compare to other teams across the business.
You can filter the time period that you would like to analyse by clicking the dropdown below the 'Manager Dashboard' heading at the top of the page.
Team Recognition Trend:
If you wish to investigate your 'Team Recognition Trend', you can isolate the data so that you can see only the 'sent' or 'received' recognition, by clicking on the red or blue bar below the graph.
Values lived in your team:
You can see which values are the most evident within your team through the example pie chart below.
If you hover each segment, you will see a breakdown of each value and how many instances of recognition had that individual value attached to it.
How your Team compares to other Teams:
Your team will be plotted on the comparison graph to the right hand side. The aim is to have your team plotted in the top right hand segment, as this indicates that your team members are both sending and receiving a stable amount of recognition. if, however, the team are plotted in the bottom left segment of the graph, there is a need to look at the team's level of engagement and how they are feeling at work.
Top Recognisers, Top Receivers and Sent by You:
By clicking across each tab in this section, you can see who the top senders and receivers of recognition are, as well has how much recognition you have sent yourself in total and to which people.

Export PDF
You can download a PDF version of your Dashboard which is great for sharing internally. The PDF contains all information form your current date range view except for Sent By You list.
After clicking "Export PDF" it will automatically be downloaded and will appear in your downloads of your device once complete.

All Managers receive their Monthly Overview of their Manager Dashboard on the 1st fo each month. See example email below;
