Here's how you can send your colleagues important updates within your Recognition and Rewards Program...
1. Log into the Admin Hub and click on 'Communication'.
2. To create a new announcement click on the 'Announcement' section along the left hand side, then 'Create new announcement'.
3. Once you have created your message, you can edit the font and formatting, as well as insert pictures, links and videos using the options bar along the top of the window.
When you are ready to send the announcement, you can select how long you would like it to remain on the Recognition Wall. Then, you can check each box to confirm if you would like to 'Post to Recognition Wall' and/or 'Send via Email' so that all users receive an email notification of this announcement.
When you have finished your announcement message, click 'Post'. Now, you will see your announcement on the Recognition Wall for everyone to see.
And that's it!
If you instead wish to add a video to your announcement, you can do so by clicking the Video option:
Next, add your video's URL, and then click 'Insert Video'
You will now see your Video preview, and click 'post' to add your announcement to the Recognition Wall.
If you have selected the 'send via email' option, users will receive an email announcement notification like below, with a link to the included video:
