If your company has the optional Leaderboard function enabled, you will now be able to see an overview of the top senders and receivers of recognition within your company; of all time and in the last 30 days. 

By clicking on the 'Leaderboard' tab, you will have an overview of the top Senders and Receivers of recognition in the last 30 days. You can click 'All Time' to see a snapshot of the top senders and receivers of recognition overall.

To see a list view of all senders ever (both in the last 30 days and of all time), click the 'See All' button at the bottom of your screen.

You can also filter to see the top senders and receivers by individual Department/Business Unit:

You can then selecting your preferred department in the dropdown menu:

If you wish to see the instances of recognition sent and received within your team only, you can select the 'My Team Wall' Tab.

Please note that the Leaderboard only counts public instances of Recognition being sent, so if the award you sent did not appear on the wall it will not go towards your Leaderboard count.

When you have sent a total of 20 and then 40 instances of recognition, you will become Super Sender and Super Power Sender Status, respectively. You will receive either of the blow badges on your profile icon:

Super Sender Status (20+ recognitions sent, but less than 40):

Super Power Sender (40+ instances of recognition):

When you earn one of these badges, it will apear on your profile like this:
