Automatically Send Welcome Points and fill New Users Peer 2 Peer bucket.

Automatically send a chosen amount of points to new users in their received or peer-to-peer account of your program.

This feature will allow you to automatically send a chosen amount of points to new users in their received and/or peer-to-peer account of your program. 

This can be found in Admin Hub > Points > Automated Allocation

Allocating P2P points to New Employees - 

If this feature is turned on in your program, when you add a new user it will automatically allocate them your chosen amount of points into their peer 2 peer bucket. This will immediately allow them to recognise their peers with points with the Peer 2 Peer award. You can also write a message they they will receive via email. 

Follow the Steps below to turn on; 

  1. Go to the "Automated Allocation" section of the Admin Hub. 

  2. In top right corner turn the toggle on so it appears green. 

  3. Under "Automated p2p Points Allocation" please fill out the point amount

  4. You can then tick the send email box if you want the users to be notified of these points via email. Then write the message in the box you want to be sent out. 

  5. Once you are happy with the changes scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Update". 

To edit in future just change the details you have inputted and click "Update" at the bottom of the page. 

Allocating Welcome Points to New Employees - 

If this feature is turned on in your program, when you add a new user it will automatically allocate them your chosen amount of points into their received account. This is commonly called welcome points as it is generally sent to welcome that new employee to the program and give them points to start off with. They can go and spend those points in the store or start to accrue them to purchase later on. 

Follow the Steps below to turn on: 

  1. Go to the "Automated Allocation" section of the Admin Hub. 

  2. Scroll down to "Automated Welcome Points Allocation" and to the right turn the toggle on so it appears green. 

  3. Under "Automated Welcome Points Allocation" please fill out the point amount

  4. You can then tick the send email box if you want the users to be notified of these points via email. Then write the message in the box you want to be sent out. 

  5. Once you are happy with the changes scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Update". 

To edit in future just change the details you have inputted and click "Update" at the bottom of the page.
