The first interaction your employees will have with your Recognition Program is the Welcome email, which is sent when they are added into the program. 

You are able to edit the content of this email allowing for a more personalised introduction to the program.

You have multiple formatting options including option to add links which you can utilise to link employees to an intro video, help page on your intranet or any other document you think is relevant.
