Once you place your order, you will receive a Redii order confirmation (from welcome@redii.com).

You will receive a separate email containing the digital gift card. Gift cards will be delivered to your email address that is linked to your profile.

Majority of the gift cards available will be delivered automatically and instantly to your email (excluding experience vouchers, charity vouchers and PayPal credit).

Although every attempt is made for instant delivery of your gift card, please allow up to 4 hours for email delivery.

Be sure to check your junk/quarantine folder as the gift card can sometimes be redirected there depending on your email settings.

Most retail gift cards will be sent instantly from donotreply@vcdelivery.com. Example below:

For RedBalloon and Adrenaline experience vouchers, you will also receive the voucher in an email separately, within 1-2 business days.

For International PayPal credit, you will receive a direct notification from PayPal, to the email address you specified at checkout, within 1-2 business days.

If you do not receive your gift card within 3 business days, please email us at support@redii.com or contact us through the chat option within the platform with your order ID and an alternative email address to send the gift card to.
