Nomination Awards require approval from a Program Admin, Manager, or the Award Owner. If you have a Nomination Award set up, then you will need to access the Award Nominations page to view, approve or reject the pending award nominations.
Program Administrators can access the Award Nominations page through the Admin Hub: AWARDS section.
You can click into each Nomination Award name to view, approve, or reject all nominations. The nominations will be displayed on the platform page.
You can also download the AWARDS REPORT to easily view and filter nominations.
Once you generate the report, the file will begin to download, and you will receive a notification within your platform when the file is ready to view.
NEW: Pending Nominations page
As a Program Admin, you can also access the Pending Nominations page, where you will have the option to EDIT a message.
The 'edit message' feature can be used for a quick and easy update to a nomination message, so that the sender does not need to go through the entire nomination process again to re-send a nomination. If critical information is missing or more information is needed for the submitted nomination, then the Program Admin can simply reach out to the sender to ask for the additional information required, and then use the 'edit message' feature, to be able to speed up the approval process.
