First, please check that you are trying to log in with the correct email address (for example if you have 2 work email addresses). Action the forgot password (password reset) if applicable.

For any assistance with log in issues to your account, you will need to please reach out to your internal HR/People & Culture team (Program Admin) to assist.

Some programs may use a single sign on to access the platform. This will also need to be updated by your internal HR/People & Culture team (Program Admin).

Redii support can advise and guide you in general, but any updates or changes need to be done internally by your HR team.
