Can I allocate points on behalf of my manager?

Any points sent must come from the sender directly. There is no way to nominate points on behalf of someone else in Redii. Each account is tied to an individual user's email address to ensure correct reporting and personalised messaging.

If you need assistance with needing to send points from someone else's profile, including any bulk assignments, please reach out to your Program Administrator who will be able to assist you with this.

If you are a Program Admin who needs assistance in sending a bulk assignment to come from another manager's/admin account, then this is possible. Please reach out to us for assistance.
