At this stage, there is no way to reward someone with the points you've received. Every employee works hard to receive their points and we encourage you to enjoy them by redeeming them for a reward in the Shop!

If you think someone else in your program deserves some points, you can nominate them for an Award in the by selecting 'Recognise Someone' in your program.

The program also allows points to be transferred from one user to another from a special 'Peer-to-Peer' account if this has been set up in your program. Speak to your manager to see if this is available in your program and learn more about all the ways you can recognise your peers.
