Yes, every user needs an email address. A unique email address for each user helps Redii distinguish between users and ensure recognition and points are allocated to the correct person.

By having an email address in the system, your users will also be alerted when they have received points or a "thank you" and when an order they have placed has been confirmed, even when they are not logged into your program.
