How do I add multiple users at once?

You can add multiple users to the program at once using the program template.

 To do this, go to:

  1. ACCOUNT > ADMIN HUB

  2. Go to the USERS tab and click on NEW BULK IMPORT on the right-hand side

  3. Click on the blue link DOWNLOAD TEMPLATE. This is the template you must use to upload the information. 

  4. Fill in FIRST NAME, SURNAME and EMAIL ADDRESS as a minimum, the other fields are optional. Note, do not reformat or remove any existing lines in the spreadsheet and ensure that the email addresses are all in lower case

  5. SAVE the file to your computer as a C.S.V file

  6. Click UPLOAD AND IMPORT USER SPREADSHEET to find the template and OPEN

  7. Keep the boxes ticked to send welcome emails straight away or untick to send at a later time in the Communications section
