How to Download and get valuable insight from Redemption Point Report

This report will show data of all the reward redemptions, showing the Shop Orders made from your program in the Redii store.

The report will include: the name of gift card that employees redeemed as their reward, as well as points redeemed and cost per order. It will show total points/price redeemed per gift card type, and you can filter by a specific date period.

How to Download the Report

You will find the Redemption Point Report in the Reports section of your platform. If you need help finding this section, click here. 

Firstly select your chosen date range:

You can then untick some values if you wish to exclude the columns from the report if needed. Ensure that you tick 'report on the entire program'. If left unticked, it will only show data from your direct reports (employees you manage).

Then select "EXPORT". The report will then be automatically sent to your email address once the report is ready. Note that sometimes it may take time for the report to be emailed to you, depending on the size of the file. Once received it will look like the below;

Total Amount of Points Redeemed - Sum of the "Total Points Redeemed" Column

Total Cost of reward orders - Sum of the "Total Price" Column

Spend By Recipient Table - Insert Pivot Table and select the following filters;
Row - Recipient
Values - (Count) Order ID, (Sum) Total Price, (Sum) Total Points Redeemed"

Count of Order ID will show you a number of orders purchased from that user.
The Total Price and Total Points Redeemed will show you how much each user spent.

Spend By Product Table - Insert Pivot Table and select the following filters;
Row - Product Name
Values - (Sum) Quantity, (Sum) Total Price" 

Sum of Quantity will show you how many times that product has been purchased
The Total Price will show you the amount spent on each product.
