How to Add Files to Certifications

This guide has the steps on how to add MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint files to your certifications in Redlist.

Redlist enables its users to attach pertinent documents in its Certification tool. The supported file formats for this are .jpg, .png, .pdf, .mp4, and .mov. This functionality was enhanced by allowing MS Excel (.xlss), Word (.docs), Powerpoint (.ppts) and CSV (.csvs) files to be uploaded as well.

Here are the steps on how to upload files in the Certification tool.

  1. Go to "HSE", then to "Certifications"

  2. Select a certificate to update. Make sure that you are on "Files" tab.

  3. Click "Add File". The supported file formats are also indicated.

  4. Choose a file from your computer. Click "Upload"

    The selected file will reflect on the list after it has been successfully uploaded.
