Redlist has enhanced its asset management with its new feature that allows user to indicate audited assets. Here are the steps.

  1. Go to "Assets"

  2. Switch to hierarchy view

  3. Select an Asset. This can also be done by selecting from an Asset Group.

    From an Asset Group,

    Select an Asset

  4. After checking and validating the details of an asset, toggle on "Audited"

  5. A check mark will appear on the asset. This is your indicator that the asset has been audited.

Note that the check mark and QR code symbols will appear on an asset if it is linked to a QR code and audited.
