How to Create a Group of Certifications

This guide will enable you to create and manage certifications into groups.

Managing certifications in Redlist is made even better with this new feature that allows users to create and place certifications into groups. Here are the steps:

  1. Go to "HSE", then to "Certifications"

  2. Click on either of the two "Create Group" buttons

  3. Type in the name of the group then click "Create".

  4. You will now see the created group as a folder on the left side bar. You can also add subgroups in one group. Certificates can now be created or moved into a group.

  5. To move a certificate, select one from the list by ticking the check box.

    Click "Move".

    Note that this new feature also allows users to delete certifications.

  6. Select a group. You can also use the search field to type in the name of the group that you are looking for. Click "Move" to confirm the transfer.

    Note that one certificate can only be added to one group.
