In this week’s office hours session, we covered key updates and best practices to enhance your experience with Redlist. You learned how to create and manage certification groups, including how to nest them and filter certifications by their status. We also explored the new asset auditing feature, which allowed you to associate assets with tag icons on the web, making it easier to track and manage them. Additionally, we walked through the new filtering options for work orders and routes on the mobile app, enabling you to quickly view the work assigned for the current week.
