To access the ROI Calculator go to the Reports Navigation > ROI Calculator
You can also set it as your dashboard screen from the Profile Page
Under the Profile Page Report label, Select ROI Calculators and 'Save'
To use the calculator:
Select your industry from the industry dropdown
Enterprise industry averages will pre-populate in the value fields
You can customize the inputs by selecting 'Customize Numbers'
As you move the slider to match your downtime reduction goals it will reflect the cost savings/ increased revenue that that represents on the right. (The minimum downtime reduction realized from digitizing your PM program is 10%)
To save and share your goals:
Select 'Download PDF'
The file name defaults to your User Name and current date but you can customize the file name
Click 'Create & Download
A copy of the file will be downloaded to your device and the file will be saved into the 'Saved Calculators' tab
To access your and other's saved calculators:
Click the 'Saved Calculators' tab
Select a file
You can then Save the file to your device or Print the PDF
Additional supporting files can also be added to the Saved Calculators area by selecting the 'Add File' button
We recommend that you use the ROI calculator to set and define maintenance goals, impact, and contributions from each division and department as you implement Redlist initiatives. These goals can then be communicated and tracked within the Redlist ecosystem.
