In this week’s office hours session, we explored the new auto-response functionality in the Forms tool and how it can improve efficiency in your workflows. You learned how to set up auto-responses for specific question types, such as numerical entries, to trigger automated actions like task creation or notifications. We walked through practical examples, including configuring tire pressure checks to automatically notify dispatchers and create maintenance tasks when pressure is outside acceptable ranges. Additionally, we demonstrated how to hide automated questions to prevent manual overrides and set up push notifications to ensure critical updates reach users directly on their devices
