In this week’s office hours session, we focused on Redlist’s teams and work boards, showcasing how they can streamline task management and improve workflow organization. You learned how to create and assign teams based on roles, work types, or shifts, and how to use work boards to manage and visualize tasks effectively. We explored setting up custom workflows for each board, such as distinguishing preventative maintenance tasks from repair tasks, and demonstrated how to manage permissions so team members see only the work relevant to them. Finally, we covered how to consolidate or archive teams and boards as needs evolve, ensuring your setup remains optimized for operational efficiency.
