Manage Access in Form Settings

If there is a single form that multiple user roles need to be given access to, managing that access in Form Settings is the quickest place to do that.

  1. Click on "Forms" and then select "Manage."

  2. Find the form that requires access configuration in the "Select an existing template to edit" drop-down list.

  3. Click on "Form Settings."

  4. Under the Access section, select which user role(s) should have access to view and submit the form.

  5. Click "Save."

Manage Access in User Permissions

To grant access to many forms at once, use user permissions.

  1. Click on "Admin" then select "Users."

  2. Click on the "Permissions" tab.

  3. Select the user role for which forms access should be configured by choosing a role from the "Roles" dropdown.

  4. Click the "+" button on the "Submit Forms" permission.

  5. Check the boxes next to the forms that the selected user role should have access to view and submit.

  6. Click "Save."
