Redlist's mobile app offers users the ability to filter the asset list in a number of different ways. One of the ways to filter assets is by location. To view all of the assets in a location:
Step 1: Tap on "Tools"
Step 2: Select "Assets"
Note: The icons at the bottom display of the Redlist mobile app can be customized.
This quick-access menu can have 1 to 4 icons of the frequently used Tools. This can be modified by clicking on "Tools" > "Menu Settings" > set the Tab Count > select and drag the items that will reflect on the menu to top > click on "Done" to apply changes.
Step 3: Tap on the filter icon
Step 4: Select "Location" from the list of available filters
Step 5: Search for a Location
Search for the location you want to filter the assets to, and then select it. Then tap on "Cancel"
Step 6: Tap on "All Filters"
Step 7: Tap "Done" to apply the filter.
The asset list will now be filtered to only the assets that were in the location(s) that were selected.
Users can now tap on any of the assets to view their information, inspection history, and open work orders and tasks.
