Redlist's mobile app allows users to view, update, and complete work orders and routes while on the go. To complete a work order or route:
Step 1: Tap on "Maintenance"
Step 2: Optional - select a work board.
Step 3: Find the Work Order or Route to Work On
Locate the work order to work on by tapping into one of the three available work order sections: "Assigned to Me"
"Assigned to My Role"
"All Open"
Step 4: Optional - Filter the list of work orders
Step 5: Select a Work Order or Route
Tap on the work order to view its details.
Step 6: Complete the Work Order or Route
After completing all tasks on a work order or route, tap the circle icon and select "Complete Work Order."
