Redlist offers various filters to help users quickly find the work orders they need. Here are the four filters available for filtering work orders:

Filter 1: Due Date

Users can select from preset date ranges or set a custom date range to view work orders. This filter also allows users to see overdue work orders or hide them.

Filter 2: Assets

Users can search for and select one or more assets from a list to view work orders associated with the selected asset(s).

Filter 3: Asset group filter

If a user's assets have been added to asset groups, they can select an asset group to filter the work order list so that work orders show up for every asset included in the selected asset group(s).
