Redlist's mobile app automatically syncs data to ensure that users have the latest information available on their devices. However, there may be times when manual sync is necessary. To manually sync data, follow these steps:
Step 1: Check whether a sync is already in progress
If a blue bar is present at the bottom of the screen, it indicates that a sync is currently underway.
Wait for the blue bar to disappear, indicating that the sync is complete and the most recent data is now available to the user.
Step 2: If a sync is not currently happening, tap on the "Tools" button
Step 3: Scroll down to the bottom of the Tools page and tap on the "Sync Now" button.
A blue bar will appear, indicating that the sync is underway.
Wait for the blue bar to disappear, indicating that the sync is complete and the user has access to the most up-to-date information.
