Note: This article contains information on how to complete a work order using both non-Beta and Beta pages.
A. To complete a work order in non-Beta page:
Step 1: Go to the Work Board
Step 2: Choose the Work Order to Complete
On the selected work order, click on the ellipses.
Select "Complete All Tasks" on the drop-down list.
Step 3: Check the box to certify that the task has been completed.
Depending on your account configuration, there may be additional required fields that need to be filled out before the WO can be completed.
Check if there are forms that need to be completed.
Complete the required form/s.
Click on "Submit".
Step 4: Click on "Complete Tasks"
B. Follow these steps to complete a Work Order using the Beta page:
Step 1: Go to the Work Board.
Step 2: Choose the Work Order to Complete.
Step 3: Click on "Complete".
Step 4: Check the box to certify that the task has been completed.

Also, check if there are forms that need to be completed
Complete the required form/s.
Click on "Submit".
