How Do I Configure PM Program Work Order Template Required Settings

When setting up a work order template in PM Programs, Redlist users need to configure the necessary settings for PM Program work order templates, including the name and board fields. To ensure the required details are properly set on PM Program work order templates:

Step 1: Select a template and click on "Edit"

Step 2: Click on "Edit"

Step 3: Click on "Details"

Step 4: Enter a "Name" for the work order template

Note - This is typically a short description of the maintenance that needs to be done

Step 5: Fill-out the "Board" field

This has a dropdown list where users can select which workboard the work order will populate on

Note - This dropdown list has the workboards organized by team

Step 6: Save Changes
