Redlist allows users to establish frequency rules on PM Program work order templates, which determine when work orders will be generated. This feature enables efficient scheduling and planning of maintenance activities. To set frequency rules on PM Program work order templates, follow these steps:
Step 1: Select a template and click on "Edit"
Step 2: Click on "Edit"
Step 3: Click on "Frequency"
Step 4: Select a frequency type
Additional Settings
Based on the frequency selected, additional setting will be shown and can be configured
Day of Week
When "Weeks" is selected, determine the day of the week the work order will be generated on.
Day of Month
When "Months" is selected, set which day of the month the work order will be generated on.
Month of Year
When "Years" is selected, determine which month and which day of the month the work order will be generated on.
