Redlist allows users the flexibility to include attachments and digital forms within recurring maintenance task templates in the PM Program tool. By attaching relevant files or digital forms to a task template, users can ensure that the necessary information and resources are readily available to the assigned user when completing the generated work order task. To add an attachment or digital form to a task template:

Step 1: Click on "Maintenance" then select "PM Programs"

Step 2: Search for and choose the desired PM program

Step 3: Click on the ellipsis button for the specific task that requires an attachment and select "Edit"

Step 4: Optional - Choose a digital form to attach to the task template

This inspection dropdown is populated with digital forms from the Forms tool. By attaching an inspection to a task, the user completing the task will be prompted to view, complete, and submit the form before completing the task. The information captured in the form can then be used to create reports to help identify trends in preventative maintenance data.

Step 5: Optional - Upload file(s) that are relevant to the task

Files uploaded here can then be used as reference material for the users completing the task, and will be accessible to them in their mobile app.

Note - Attachments will be displayed at the bottom of the "Edit Task" modal for easy reference.

Step 6: Click "Save Changes"
