The PM Program tool in Redlist empowers users to proactively manage asset maintenance by creating preventative maintenance templates for various asset types. These templates can be applied to relevant assets, simplifying the process of creating, editing, and maintaining PM Programs. Any modifications or updates made to the PM Program will automatically updated on all assets linked to that program, saving users time and effort in their maintenance management. To create a new PM Template:
Step 1: Click on "Maintenance" then select "PM Programs"
Step 2: Click on "Generate Template"
Step 3: Enter a name for the template
Step 4: Optional - Choose and asset make and model for the template
Note - Templates can also be generated based on an existing PM Program associated with a specific asset. To do this, select the desired asset from the "Select asset to generate from" dropdown menu.
Step 5: Click on "Generate Template"
Once the new template is created, users can begin adding maintenance components, maintenance tasks, work orders, and associated assets to the template.
