Redlist offers the capability for users to embed dashboards directly into asset profiles, allowing for a comprehensive view of asset information and corresponding data. These dashboards are the same ones available in Redlist's reporting tool but can now be accessed within the context of an asset's profile and are auto-filtered to the selected asset. To embed dashboards in the asset profile page:
Step 1: Click on "Assets" then select "Assets"
Step 2: Click on the settings cog icon
Step 3: Click on the "Reports" tab
Step 4: Select Dashboards to Embed
To embed dashboards in the asset profile page, select the reports you want to include by clicking the checkboxes next to the desired dashboards. Optionally, you can set one dashboard as the default by clicking the radio button in the favorite column for that specific dashboard
Step 5: Click the "Save" button to save the changes
Step 6: View Embedded Dashboards
Selected reports will now be visible in the asset profile page under the "Reports" tab.
