Redlist offers administrators to know the location from where employee clock-ins and clock-outs. This feature provides administrators to view and align to the correct location and timezone when marking the employees' attendance. This results to accurate recording and computation of timers. To enable this feature, here are the steps:
Go to "Time Keeping", then "Approvals"
Set filters. Notice that the "Timezone" is now included as an option:
In this case, all timers that are created at Singapore Standard Time will be on the list.
Select an Employee.
The recorded time data can be converted to align to the approver's timezone by clicking the dropdown at the upper right corner:
Notice that the time data are now converted to the selected timezone:
Choose an item by ticking the box at the left. Select an action.
Confirm the action you selected.
More updates can be made when you click the date/time or the left arrow for the side pop-up:
Overnight work can also be noted by ticking the applicable box. Notice that the total hours has been updated:
Click "Save" to apply the changes made.
