Users have the ability to update the mile/km reported at the last service for a PM program. This can be useful when setting up preventative maintenance schedules or when correcting errors in reported miles/km. By using this feature, you can ensure that your assets' maintenance schedules are never delayed or missed.

To update the mile/km reported at the last service

Step 1: Click on the "Maintenance" then select "PM Programs"

Step 2: Click on the "Work Order Templates" tab

Step 3: Search for the work order template that you want to update and click on its name

Step 4: Click on the pencil icon located to the right of the Miles/KM at Last Service field

Step 5: Enter the correct mile/km

Step 6: Click on "Save Changes"
