Redlist provides an integration with One Step GPS that enables users to track the location of their equipment and automatically update their equipment's mileage and engine hours. This article outlines the steps involved in linking One Step GPS devices to assets in Redlist. To link One Step GPS devices and Redlist assets,
Step 1: Click "Admin" and then select "Integration Hub."
Step 2: Select One Step GPS Integration
Step 3: View Device and Asset Table
The One Step GPS Device ID is listed in the left column of the table, and the Redlist Asset ID and Description are listed in the second column.
Step 4: Click "Bulk Link Assets"
This will open a modal that displays all unlinked devices.
Step 5: Select Redlist Asset
Select the Redlist asset you want to link the One Step GPS device to in the Asset ID - Description column drop-down menus.
Step 6: Click "Save."
