Redlist provides a convenient feature that allows users to edit multiple form questions simultaneously. This feature can help users save time and simplify the form editing process.
To use the bulk editing function, follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on "Bulk Edit Questions"
Step 2: Select the questions that need to be edited
Review the information in the row for each question to ensure that all the necessary questions are selected.
Step 3: Click "Edit."
Step 4: In the "Field to Edit" dropdown, select the question field that needs to be edited.
Note - Currently, only the Required and Destination Board for Task can be edited through bulk editing. However, Redlist plans to add more options in the future.
Step 5: Change the "Value" dropdown to the desired value.
Step 6: Click "Apply."
Repeat the process to bulk edit more questions, or click "Back to Form Builder" to return to the form builder.
