Redlist provides its users with the ability to create custom PDF report outputs for their forms, which is useful when capturing information required by government agencies or generating external reports for customers. This feature works in tandem with Microsoft Excel, allowing users to take advantage of the software's formatting capabilities, run calculations on data, and utilize pivot tables. To create a customer PDF follow the instructions below.
Formatting the Excel Document
Step 1: Format an Excel spreadsheet to match the desired PDF output.
Step 2: Add any needed calculations and functionality to the document.
Mapping Identifiers to the Excel Document
Step 1: Copy identifiers from Redlist to the Excel document by clicking on the copy icon next to the identifier code on a question.
Step 2: Paste that identifier into the location on the Excel document where the answer for that question should be shown.
Step 3: Continue this process until all needed identifiers have been mapped to the Excel document.
