How Do I Configure the PDF Report Header

Redlist offers a convenient way to customize the header of the PDF report for your forms. By pinning necessary information to the header, you can ensure that it appears at the top of every page or only on the first page of the report. This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to configure the PDF report header in Redlist.

Step 1: Click on "From Settings" in the Form Builder

Step 2: Select "PDF" in the format section of Form Settings

Step 3: Click on "Configure Header"

Step 4: Pin questions to the header

Click on the pin icon next to the question in the "Form Questions" section to add the question to the header.

Note - Up to 10 questions can be added to the header.

Step 5: Optional - Arrange header questions

Use the grid button to drag and drop pinned questions to rearrange their order in the header.

Note - To remove a question from the header, click on the pin icon to the right of the question label in the "Header" section.

Step 6: Preview the header

The top of the "Configure Header" modal has a preview window showing how the header will look

Step 7: Click "Save"
