Redlist enables users to generate work orders and lubrication routes using work order templates. Work order templates can be modified to meet changing needs, ensuring the effectiveness of the maintenance program. To edit Work Order Templates:

Step 1: Click on Maintenance then select PM Programs

Step 2: Click on the Work Order Templates Tab

Step 3: Find the Work Order Template

Search for the work order template that you want to edit and click on the name of that work order template.

Step 4: Check if Template is Linked to a PM Program

If the selected template is linked to a PM Program, it will need to be unlinked before any edits can be made to the template.

Step 5: Edit Template Information

To edit any desired information, hover over the field to be edited. A pencil icon will appear to the right of the field; click on that icon to edit the work order template information.

Step 6: Save Changes

After making any desired changes, click on the "Save Changes" button to save the modified work order template.
