Reference this page when editing a user role's permissions or creating a new role to ensure that users have access to what they need. The document contains definitions of each permission and their respective functions.

  • Assets: Manages the list of equipment and their information

  • Boards: Manages work orders for different teams. You can grant access to any boards as needed using the "+" button

  • Certifications: Manages the list of certifications for employees, assets, clients, and work locations

  • Company Settings: Company information and settings

  • Component Types: Templates used in organize maintenance on parts of equipment

  • Components: Manages the parts of equipment that maintenance is performed on

  • Documents: Manage document storage and organization

  • Employees: Manage employee information and settings

  • Form Creation: Allows form creation

  • Form Submission: Manage which forms can be seen or submitted. Use the "+" button to give access to specific forms

  • Locations: Manage the locations equipment can be associated to

  • Notifications: Manage when and how notifications are sent

  • Preventative Maintenance: Manages the settings for the maintenance tool

  • Product Groups: Manage product groups in inventory

  • Production Assignments: Allows Users to see what they have been assigned to in the operations module
