Redlist Form Builder tool offers a wide range of options to customize and configure forms. One of the most important options available in the Form Builder tool is Form Settings. Form Settings provides users with the ability to configure different aspects of a form, including report format, general settings, PDF settings, and accessibility settings.

Report Format:

Users can choose from three different report formats to generate a PDF report. These formats include Legacy PDF, PDF, and Custom PDF. Depending on the report format chosen, additional options in the other three form setting categories will be made available.

  • Legacy PDF: This is Redlist's original report format that offers limited customization and configurability. It is ideal for forms that are used for internal company purposes.

  • PDF: This option allows for more customization of the PDF report. Users can add headers, footers, set the size, and location of photos attached to the form. It is suitable for users who want a professional look for reports that will be shown to customers.

  • Custom PDF: This option allows complete customization of the PDF report generated by the form submission. The Custom PDF tool relies on Excel to deliver the exact layout that is needed. Users need to have knowledge of Excel to use this format. This format is a great option for users who submit external forms that must match a specific format, such as OSHA 301.

General Settings:

Users can configure how mobile users will interact with the form and how to handle follow up actions created by the form submission

PDF Settings:

Users can configure PDF settings for a form. This includes adding a header and footer to the PDF report, setting the size and location of photos attached to the form, and setting the color scheme for the PDF report.

Accessibility Settings:

Users can configure who is allowed to access and submit the form.
