The General section of Redlist's form settings offers several settings that can be configured to customize form behavior. These settings include:

Setting 1: Paginate sections when accessing on mobile

This setting enables mobile users to navigate through a form quickly by tapping on an arrow button to move to the next section or selecting a specific section by tapping on the hamburger button.

Setting 2: Allow edits after form submission

When enabled, this setting allows users to reopen and edit a submitted form at any time. However, when disabled, the form is locked after submission and can no longer be edited. This is useful for forms that contain sensitive information.

Setting 3: Auto-group tasks on work order

This setting auto-generates a work order based on the submitted form, bypassing the pending queue approval and overriding what board and region the work order and all generated tasks are assigned to. The due date of the work order is set to the submission date of the form, and the due dates of tasks on the work order are based on their task generation settings. If this setting is enabled, users must select which work board the work order should be assigned to, and if needed, the region for the work order can be set using the Assign Work Order to Region dropdown.
