The PDF section in the Form Builder's Form Setting allows users to customize the information and display of the PDF report generated by the form. Here are the settings available in the PDF section:

Setting 1: Generate Cover Page

Adds a cover page to the PDF report with the asset's profile photo, ID, description, and date of inspection.

Setting 2: Use info header on every form page

Adds a header to the top of every page. The header can be configured by clicking on "Configure Header."

Setting 3: Use customized footer

Adds a custom footer to every page. The footer can be configured by clicking on "Customize Footer."

Setting 4: Display Selected Region in Header

Displays the logo and location information set up in the Company Information settings for the selected region.

Setting 5: Color code select button question responses on PDF

Adds a dot of color next to the answer on the report PDF that matches the color of the select button that was chosen by the user when filling out the form.

Setting 6: Exclude selected response colors from PDF

Removes specific answers from the report PDF when the color of the select button chosen when submitting the form matches the exclude color in this setting.

Setting 7: Select size of photos attached to PDF

Selects either Large, Medium, or Small for the size of photos attached to the PDF.

Setting 8: Display photos only in an appendix section after form

Removes in-line photos in the PDF and appends all photos to the end of the form with a reference to the form question they are associated with.

Setting 9: Show previous submission

Allows previous answers to show when a user submits the form. Up to 5 previous submissions can be shown.
