What’s New:

Web Application

A new customer service experience:

  • Redlist has partnered with Intercom to provide a new experience when you reach out for assistance. Intercom provides a centralized customer service portal driven by AI. This experience will include:

    • Knowledge Base Articles around commonly asked questions and experience walk throughs

    • Redlist communications to customers for alerts and product releases

    • Intake and tracking of issues and enhancement requests

    • Customer service communication

    • Issue Escalation

Image rich components

  • Components will now pull available images from linked programs to provide more context and images when users are completing tasks.

    • Component images will pull from programs if there is no profile image set in the following order:

  • Component Profile Image

  • Component attachments

  • Program Component Profile Image

  • Program Component attachment

  • Component fields have been reordered to match the most used fields. This will reduce scrolling when creating and editing components and programs.

  • System required fields on components have been reduced based on customer feedback.

Updated Work Order Mangement

  • The work orders page has received an updated look and feel. This represents an update to the underlaying code as well that should be more performative. The enhancements include:

    • Easier access to action buttons that follow you as you scroll down the screen.

    • Faster and more intuitive table filtering and management.

    • Adjusted user interface to make information easier to read and manage.

  • General performance and security enhancements as well as bug fixes.

Mobile Applications (iOS / Android)

ALERT: Supported OS version for Apple devices is being updated to iOS 16. Apple users will begin to see performance and function degradation if they do not update their device. Redlist will officially sunset earlier versions in September of 2024.

  • Implementation of New Navigation for Lube Management

    • Enhancements to Route Setup

      • Asset Groups and List Views

      • New Group and Asset Menu

      • Matching Program Component and Component Modals

  • General performance and security enhancements as well as bug fixes.
